Bring a notebook and pen, it is interactive, we will have some yoga practical and then zone in on common issues and work out how to use short yoga sequences to enhance your running.

About the tutor:
Karen Jackson is the owner of Bamboo Yoga Studio in Nottingham and Bamboo Yoga Oils Life. She is a yoga teacher, EFT Practitioner, life coach and doTERRA Wellness Advocate.
Karen has been teaching a very popular running specific yoga class since her studio opened 3 years ago and now takes her knowledge online to help more people.
